Foundation Council

The Foundation Council consists of at least three honorary members. The Council seeks diversity among the actively serving individuals in order to ensure that a range of perspectives, opinions and experiences are recognized to comply, expand, enhance and sustain the Foundation’s vision and mission and strategic framework. Inherent in the Foundation’s chosen role is the obligation to be an ethical, effective, accountable and transparent organization.

Founder and Managing Partner of Rakan Consulting AG, Zurich, established in 1984 as Management Consulting Company in the Fields of Technology Transfers, Investments, Financial Engineering. Served many Years as Executive in several Industrial Projects in Europe, USA, Latin America, Middle East and Asia. Member of the Board of several Swiss and Foreign Companies.

Co-Founder of Swisspartners Investment Network AG, Zurich, established in 1992, is one of Switzerland’s most successful Asset Management Companies with worldwide representations. Today, he is senior Advisor to the Board of Directors of this financial group. As an independent Entrepreneur he is involved in different Projects and various Businesses. Earlier he served many years as Senior Vice President in the Portfolio Management of Bank Cantrade AG, Zurich.

Legal Advisor, Real Estate Department, Clifford Chance Law Firm, Warsaw, Poland. Engaged in legal consultancy sphere since 2003, mainly providing advisory services to foreign investors in their activities in Ukraine and serving international transactions with Ukrainian element. Prior experiences include work for Schönherr Rechtsanwälte GMH, Vienna, Austria. Legal Advisor of several Swiss companies.

Partner of Rakan Consulting AG, Zurich, since 1996, joined the consulting company 1987; engaged and responsible for Fiduciary Services, International Transactions and Office Management and Advisory Services in these Fields. Prior Experiences included Executive Assistant and Tour Operating. Member of the Board of several Swiss and Foreign controlled Companies.
